American Structures, Inc. is committed to delivering the most competitively priced tanks possible to customers. To determine pricing, a number of variables must be considered. Potential customers are encouraged to contact us directly in order to receive information or estimates, and discuss pricing.

In most cases, customers will receive estimates or final pricing within a few days of our receipt of the project information.

Along with a proposed estimate of cost or quote, American Structures, Inc. can provide schematic tank drawings that depict the basic size, shape and any appurtenances needed. These schematics – with specific information provided by the customer – form the basis for a sales agreement. After a sales agreement is reached, shop drawings are prepared and a production schedule is determined.

All bolted, stainless steel tanks manufactured by American Structures, Inc. come with a complete set of drawings, which, after approval, serve to provide the parameters for the tank’s fabrication and meet the project requirements as specified in the sales agreement. P.E. Stamping services are available, if required, at an additional cost, for all 50 states.

Sheet thicknesses and bolt spacing are engineered according to applicable ANSI, NAFPA, AWWA, API, ASTM, NRCS, and other standards. A schedule of sheet thicknesses is provided with each set of shop drawings. After the bolt holes have been punched and all factory-installed openings have been cut, each sheet is factory-formed to the curvature of the tank. Engineering calculations are provided in conjunction with the drawings, if required by process specifications.
